Garnier Ultimate Blends....

Okay so I'm not someone who is hugely into haircare and i don't usually rave about anything hair- related and as i'm not usually one to style it or do anything fancy with my hair, it's not something that i use a lot of products for. But a couple of weeks ago, i thought i'd try a different shampoo to the normal one's i pick up (usually the cheapest that claims the most), and went for a brand that classically, i know is pretty good for my hair. And for the money i paid for these, i think they have actually done something for my hair, and i've actually noticed a difference in how my hair looks, feels and styles. When i came to repurchase this product, i actually tried another which i like just as much and although they all smell slightly different and are focussed on different hair problems, i haven't found anything about them as of yet that i dislike.

The couple of products i have photographed are the ones that are now used up and they are the ones

that made me fall in love with them. This shampoo and conditioner are the 'Vanilla Milk and Papaya' variety and they are the ones aimed at helping people with 'mid-length hair with split ends' which is how i would describe mine, at least before i had my hair cut. First thing i noticed about both products is that they smell incredible. They are fruity but subtle and have a really light sweet smell that definitely lasts in my hair. Each 'flavour' smell different, and they all smell really lovely and fresh, i am now using the ho

ney flavour and that again is really lovely and light, and smells delicious.

The next thing i noticed about these shampoos in both i have tried, they lather up really well. I can't stand shampoo's that don't lather properly because 1. i can never tell if the soap is out of my hair and 2. it never actually feels clean to me if i can't physically feel the soap. I much enjoy a really lovely foamy shampoo which is exactly what this is. It foams up beautifully and i really feel as though it is nourishing and really cleaning my hair deeply. The conditioners are also really light and don't feel greasy at all, they make my hair feel silky without it making my actual hair feel gross.

Then when i'm out and am drying my hair, my hair feels so smooth it's ridiculous. My hair is really straight and quite heavy so when i wash it, i hate it to feel dragged down by product. It dries really well and just feels so amazing. I've also had compliments on how shiny my hair looks and how healthy my hair is as a result. It helps it blow dry smoothly and calms any fluffy bits i have.

In all, without banging on about what makes 'a good hair product', i really love these products and I'll definitely be repurchasing different varieties from the brand as soon as these run out. At the moment, they are super cheap in boots, i think half price, and i might pick a few up before the offer runs out. I like the fact that you can buy things specifically to suit your hair type, and it's sort of specialised to your hair issues.

Thanks for reading guys, i imagine the next post will be a birthday haul post as today is my birthday woo!
